Ureteral stone presenting as acute prostatitis: A case report of a COVID-19 patient with distal ureteral stone

Background and Objective: Distal ureterolithiasis is one of the most common urinary tract problems can be accompanied by such symptoms as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, dysuria, frequent urination, hematuria. Case Presentation: The ureteral stone might misdiagnosed in presence atypical symptoms. We reported a 31-year-old man with clinical signs prostatitis, normal laboratory tests, ultrasonography who had received treatment for acute prostatitis several weeks, however, no improvement. Conclusion: Further assessments intravenous pyelography revealed distal right stone. Complete recovery was achieved immediately after transurethral lithotripsy.
